Who Are We?
The Rowe Project Inc provides essential support to those affected by crime as well as law enforcement in the Brazos Valley. We offer services at the request of crime victim services, community outreach, officer requests, and other forms of contact. Our goal is to educate the community on crime prevention, support victims of all crimes, and help support healthy relationships between citizens and officers.
The Rowe Project is a 501(c)3 nonprofit serving crime victims, their families, and the law enforcement officers who serve us. The Rowe Project Inc was founded by Cedar Rowe Clark (President), and Wendy Christiansen (Vice President) in 2024 in honor of Dan and Kelley Rowe.

Law
Enforcement
Support
The Rowe Project is dedicated to supporting our law enforcement officers and staff!
Our goal is to provide love and support to those who protect us! One of the way that we do this is by providing activity bags for officers to carry in their patrol bags! These are designed to be easy to carry and packed full of fun! Officers can hand out the bags to kids they meet to help encourage healthy relationships between officers and our youth.
If you would like to request packages for your local office, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of this site.
Crime
Victim
Support
Every survivor deserves a little love and support! From sex crimes to domestic violence, weather you are a “Jane” or “John” we would love to provide you with a self care gift.
Our baskets include things for basic self love along with small self defense items to help gain back your sense of security! These packages are somewhat customizable.
If you would like to request packages for your loved one, please contact us through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of this site.
Grief
Relief
Baskets
Everyone has heard of “Grief Groceries”, The Rowe Project has taken this idea and put our own spin on it!
The purpose of out “Grief Relief Basket” is to provide household essentials during times of grief. From paper goods, to dish soap and trash bags. Our hope is that this allows families to focus on grief and not things like having to go to the store.
